On Sunday, we did a Self-defence course with an external teacher and Mme Whali.⠀ ⠀ Our self-defence course was good fun, but taught us valuable life lessons as well because it is really important to know how to defend ourselves in certain situations.⠀ ⠀ It is quite difficult to imagine that all the intimidating situations we practised might happen, but I think we all needed this class to be aware of it. The class taught us to defend ourselves with our animal instinct and that we need to have a strong character that need to be feed everyday with current situations.⠀ ⠀ We had a really good teacher and a really useful class that I would recommend everyone does at some stage of their life.
