International Institute in Geneva

The International Institute in Geneva (IIG) is an accredited academic institution offering undergraduate and graduate programs in Business Administration, International Relations, Digital Media, Computer Science and International Trade.

The curriculum features a unique combination of theoretical and practical instruction, with a particular focus on international business practices. The international exchange program offers an opportunity for students to study at renowned universities worldwide.

Situated in Geneva, Switzerland, at the centre of Europe and a hub for international politics and business, the campus is located about 5 km from the city centre. The IIG has students representing over 60 nationalities thus providing a truly multicultural setting.

Why IIG?

– Double degree

Since 2019, IIG and the University of Plymouth (UK) offers a double degree to the undergraduate students, one from IIG and one from the University of Plymouth. At the graduate level students can enrol in a double degree with Boston University (USA).

One of the few institutions in the world — and the only one in Geneva — that guarantees internship opportunities at an international organization such as the United Nations and/or one of its agencies for eligible students in the Bachelor in International Relations & Diplomacy program.

IIG is located in the heart of Geneva, home to over 200 international organizations including:
