Postgraduate:

6 steps Admission Process
STEP 1: Initial Consultation & Application Preparation (Week 1)
- Personalized Consultation:
A one-on-one meeting with the Program Director/ School Representative will be arranged to understand the applicant’s background, goals, and expectations.
- Online Application Creation:
Candidates will create their online application profile and upload required documents:
- Online application form
- CV / Resume
- Latest academic transcripts or diploma (if available)
- English language certificate (IELTS, TOEFL, etc.)
- Motivation letter
- Recommendation letter
STEP 2: Application Fee Payment (End of Week 1)
- Candidates must submit the non-refundable application fee of CHF 150.
- Once the fee is received, the candidate becomes eligible for the scholarship
application process.
STEP 3: Scholarship Process (Week 2–3)
- Within approximately one week after payment, a scholarship interview will be arranged.
- 1–2 weeks after the interview, candidates will receive:
- The official offer letter from IIG
- A scholarship award letter, detailing the granted amount or percentage
STEP 4: Advance Tuition Fee Payment (Week 4)
- To secure the scholarship offer, candidates must pay the advance tuition
fee within one month from the date of the scholarship result. - Once this fee is paid, their spot in the program and scholarship offer are officially
reserved.
STEP 5: Complete Required Documents & Visa Preparation (Month 2–3)
- Students should submit any pending documents, such as:
- Final high school diploma or transcript (if not available during initial submission)
- Updated English certificate (if applicable)
- Begin preparing for the Swiss student visa application, which can be submitted up to 3
months prior to the program start date.
STEP 6: Pre-Arrival & Final Enrollment (Final 1–2 Weeks Before Intake)
- Ensure the school has received all required documents in full.
- Pay the remaining tuition and accommodation fees at least 1 week before the official start date.
- Prepare for travel to Switzerland and complete all final enrollment procedures.
