International Summer Camp & Junior Golf Academy 2020
The International Summer Camp & Junior Golf Academy offers a combination of language and sports or language and golf. Your children can study German, English and French, enjoy the outdoor experience of the beautiful Swiss Alps, have fun and make new friends from around the world! During their entire stay in Zuoz the children are under the care of professional activity leaders. They are accommodated in the school’s study bedrooms and have full use of the extensive sports fields, tennis courts and gym of the Lyceum Alpinum.

Language Lessons
The best way to really learn a language is to hear and use it all day, in all sorts of situations: during lessons, at meal times, whilst playing games or doing sports. Study in class – practice in real life. This is fun and motivating. Experienced language trainers from academia Zürich know how to make that happen. The morning lessons in German, English or French are taught to small groups of an average of ten students. Up to six language levels are offered in German and English, so individual attention and focused tuition are guaranteed. The advanced English and German courses focus on communicative competence, often relating to global issues, and also on creative writing, both narrative and descriptive. Two levels are offered in French: The Beginners’ class (A1) for children with absolutely no knowledge of French and the Elementary class (A2) for children with a basic understanding of French.
Sports and Activities
Enjoy an action-packed programme of sports and excursions! It offers sailing, swimming, mountain biking, tennis, football, basketball, volleyball and golf, along with activities such as hiking tours, river-rafting and Rope Park. The children get to enjoy the Lyceum Alpinum’s unrivalled sports facilities and explore the beauty of the Engadine with its mountains, crystal-clear lakes, rivers and much more.
Students who choose the golf programme attend three hours of personalized golf instruction a day. They work on their individual technique and bring their swing to perfection. Groups of ten are taught by professional instructors, all members of the Swiss Professional Golf Association. Everybody is welcome – from beginners to handicap players!

Fees are all inclusive and cover 15 lessons of classroom tuition per week plus supervised study periods, learning and study materials, two weeks accommodation in a single or double room, all meals and beverages; weekly laundering of bedding and personal clothing, 3 hours per day of sports or golf academy, all evening activities, weekend programmes, personalised language and golf course report, photos, excursions and entertainment.
