• French language courses

+ French Chocolate and Confectionery Arts (2 months + 1 month optional internship)

  • Hands-on training in pastry laboratories
  • Applied theory and food hygiene
  • French language courses
  • 1-month optional internship in a French establishment

 

+ French Pastry Campus: winter and summer (2 months + 1 months optional internship)
